The reports most likely sent correctly on the server side, so it’s a possibility that your Email provider/company provider's email firewall blocked the mail before it got to your mailbox. Occasionally that happens where successive emails following too closely together are caught by various levels in spam/firewall filters. Send us an email at fleetsupport@mifleet.us and we will double check for you.

Yes, it’s possible to export the data in any of various formats, by using the Reporting Tab. Execute the report, and then click on one of the Export options above the report pane.

OziExplorer track(.plt): Ozi Explorer format that stores track as a list of coordinates of track's points.
NMEA messages (.txt): National Marine Electronics Association text file, communications protocol used in sea navigation equipment.
Attention! Parameters (sensors) are not stored when exporting to this format.
Google Earth (.kml): an XML-based format used in Google Earth to transmit three-dimensional geospatial data.
You can also run the Message Tracing report, which is a little more readable version of the standard export.
